Who is it for?
This course will suit experienced trained
operatives moving up to supervisor role.
Aims:
For experienced trained operatives moving
into a supervisory role.
Assessment:
Supervisors will be given a multiple-choice
test along with practical tests. Both theory and
practical tests carry an 80% pass mark. Failure
to achieve this will mean that the operative
will not pass the course and will be required
to repeat the whole course.
