Who is it for?
Those who have previously completed the new 3-Day Supervisory Licence Holders course or have previously undertaken the Supervisory Licence Holders Update course within the last 12 months.
Aims:
As a requirement of HSG 247, the Supervisory Licence Holder is required to undertake annual refresher training; constantly changing requirements of the industry in both legislation and best practice mean that there is a need to receive training on the latest up to date information and guidance.
Assessment:
Delegates should note that a multiple choice examination, a plan of work test and practical fault finding exercise are all included in the course. Delegates not achieving the required pass mark of 80% in the exam or assessment will not pass the course and are expected to retake the whole course.		 Benefits:
A short course aimed at supervisors who are required to update their knowledge. This course will cover the following modules:
  • Legislation update: CAR 2006
  • Guidance: HSG 247 & 248
  • Plans of work and site management
  • Site auditing & fault finding
  • Record keeping
  • H&S at work
  • RPE maintenance
Additional Information:
It is essential delegates bring their own RPE for this course.
