Here at ARCA we have taken both advice and
input from our members and incorporated this
into our long term strategic training goals. The
introduction of training and audit credits,
included within the new membership package,
for contracting members has been driven by the
feedback gained at our regional meetings. As a
result of this revised membership package, we
will be able to advise clients wishing to use
members’ services that they are not only site
audited by the Association, but are trained to the
highest standard expected in today’s market
place.
On reflection of the above changes, ARCA have
employed two full-time trainers based
predominately at Burton and Rayleigh centres,
they will also be our first choice when delivering
training at other locations. Their contribution will
make a significant impact on the flexibility of the
training provided to members.
Seven locations throughout England and
Scotland are strategically placed to ensure
coverage for all ARCA members. Moreover
training will continue to be delivered at our key
locations Burton, Rayleigh and the recently

Membership Training/Audit Credits
From July 2007, the membership fee will include a number of built in packages for training and site audits.
Training Credits
Members will be given training credits in the form of course places. The training credits can be used towards any ARCA training courses.
Audit Credits
The membership package will also include two mandatory site audits that are required under the Rules of Membership. ARCA provides consistent and clear training, as training is a fundamental cornerstone to all members and their business.
I believe that with the introduction of the new membership package and the two full-time trainers, members will continue to receive the benefits of quality training at competitive prices. I look forward to meeting with as many members
as I can over the next year and additionally would welcome any feedback you wish to provide on any of the training delivered by ARCA, either at our centres or through the in-house courses delivered at your premises.
