Asbestos Supervisors / Operatives

We are currently seeking experienced Asbestos Removal Supervisors and Operatives for ongoing, long-term projects across the Manchester area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team with consistent work and competitive rates.

Key Responsibilities

Supervisors:

• Oversee asbestos removal projects on-site

• Ensure compliance with all health & safety regulations

• Manage teams of operatives and coordinate daily activities

• Maintain site documentation and reports

• Liaise with clients and management

Operatives:

• Carry out asbestos removal and disposal works safely

• Follow site-specific risk assessments and method statements

• Use appropriate PPE and RPE at all times

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

• Valid UKATA or equivalent asbestos training certification

• Current medical certificate

• Face fit certificate

• Full PPE (preferred)

• Strong understanding of health & safety procedures

• Reliable and punctual

• Previous supervisory experience in asbestos removal

• Strong leadership and communication skills
