41st ARCA Annual General Meeting

ARCA members will gather at The IET, Savoy Place in London on Friday 2 October 2026 for the association's 41st Annual General Meeting, a full day of association business, industry insight, awards and networking on the banks of the Thames.

Following the outstanding response to the last two years, we return to this landmark venue for a third time. Savoy Place combines rich engineering heritage with modern facilities that suit the association perfectly. The meeting takes place in the acoustically superb Turing Lecture Theatre, and the drinks reception and three-course luncheon follow in the Riverside Room, with its views across the river.

• 09:50 Guests take their seats in the auditorium
• 10:00 Meeting starts

• 11:25 Meeting resumes, including the ARCA Industry Awards
• 12:30 Meeting ends and the drinks reception begins
• 13:30 Drinks reception ends and the luncheon begins
• 16:30 Event finishes

The ARCA Industry Awards

The ARCA Industry Awards return, recognising the companies and individuals setting the standard across the sector. This year the awards are presented within the main meeting, from 11:25, so every delegate in the auditorium sees the winners announced.

Reception and luncheon

The drinks reception opens as the meeting closes, with champagne, beer, wine and soft drinks served in the Riverside Room. Guests then move to a three-course fine dining luncheon with wine, followed by tea, coffee and petit fours. A paying bar is available through the afternoon and closes at 16:30.

Booking and prices

Three booking options are available:

• Full day, covering the AGM, drinks reception and luncheon: £135 + VAT per guest
• Drinks reception and luncheon only: £135 + VAT per guest
• AGM only: £10 + VAT per guest

Places are limited and the venue has a capacity of 175 for the meeting, so early booking is advised.

Getting there

Savoy Place sits on the Embankment in central London, a short walk from Charing Cross, Embankment and Temple stations, making it straightforward for members travelling from across the UK. The venue has twice won Best Venue Customer Service at the London Venue and Catering Awards.
