The Association offers training for all individuals responsible for premises and managing the risk from asbestos as the duty holder, such as property owners, property managers, facilities managers and health & safety managers.
This Ofqual regulated RSPH qualification has been designed to support duty holders, so they understand their duties and responsibilities on managing asbestos in buildings as defined in Regulation 4 of the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012.
In some cases the duty holder may be the client for an asbestos removal project, therefore please take the time to read our guidance note for commercial clients. Please note that photographic identification is required from all candidates - read more
