Position: Licensed Asbestos Operative

Location: Northwest

Contract: Full-time, Permanent (PAYE)

Salary: �140-150/day + overtime, weekend rates, and bonuses

With strong staff retention and a commitment to professional development, we are expanding our Northwest operations and seeking an experienced Asbestos Operative to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out asbestos removal works safely and in line with CAR 2012, HSE guidance, and company procedures
• Assist Supervisors in setting up enclosures, DCUs, and equipment
• Correct use of PPE, RPE, tools, and materials
• Maintain safe working practices and report hazards
• Complete required site documentation accurately
• Work as part of a team and maintain high standards of professionalism

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Licensed Asbestos Operative
• Valid ARCA/UKATA Licensed Operative refresher training
• CSCS Skilled Asbestos Worker Card
• NVQ Level 2 in Asbestos Removal
• Driving licence preferred
• Preferred: PASMA / IPAF
