Position: Experienced Licensed Asbestos Supervisor

Location: Northwest

Contract: Full-time, Permanent (PAYE)

Salary: �155-170/day + overtime, weekend rates, and bonuses

With strong staff retention and a commitment to professional development, we are expanding our Northwest operations and seeking an experienced Asbestos Supervisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise asbestos removal teams on site, ensuring compliance with all legislation, company procedures, and ARCA/HSE guidance.
• Act as the main point of contact on site, liaising with clients, analysts, contractors, and management.
• Review and implement Plans of Work (POWs), ensuring operatives are fully briefed.
• Lead by example in promoting a strong health & safety culture.
• Ensure correct use of plant, equipment, PPE, and materials.
• Monitor site progress, quality of work, and completion of daily site paperwork.
• Carry out toolbox talks, safety briefings, and checks on operatives.
• Manage staff performance and support the development of team members.
• Ensure accurate site records, waste notes, and clearance documentation are completed.
• Report progress and any issues to management promptly.

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Asbestos Supervisor
• Valid ARCA/UKATA Licensed Supervisor refresher training
• SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) qualification
• CSCS Gold Supervisor Card (essential)
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills
• Preferred: PASMA / IPAF / Confined space / Telehandler & additional training is desirable
